The first thing you notice is the sheer amount of prepared layouts that ships with it. The theme ships with more than 19 home pages and almost sixty inner pages, plus 18 header and 12 footer variations and 10+ blog layouts. Put simply, the starting point is a finished page rather than a blank canvas.
